1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-8 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs & Packaging Standards
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Delivery location

- Carefully inspected before shipping
- Securely packaged with protective materials
- Shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage
- Insured (for eligible high-value items)

4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the packaging and item.
If a package is lost in transit:
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
- Resolution may include replacement (if available) or refund.
DM Collectibles is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information & High-Value Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages.
For high-value collectibles:
- Signature confirmation may be required.
- Insurance coverage will be included when applicable.
