At DM Collectibles, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we maintain specific return guidelines to protect both buyers and the integrity of our inventory Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is in original condition
- Item remains sealed (if originally sealed)
- Graded items remain in their original tamper-proof case
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
2. Graded Cards & Authenticated Items
All graded and professionally authenticated cards are generally considered final sale, unless:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- You receive the wrong item
Because grading reflects condition at the time of certification, we do not accept returns based on disagreement with grading results.
3. Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Packs, Tins)
Due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of sealed products:
- Opened sealed products are non-returnable
- Sealed products must remain unopened to qualify for return
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Packaging materials
- The damaged item
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- Replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Opened sealed products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned without authorization
6. Return Process & Return Shipping Costs
To initiate a return:
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do not ship items back without approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for high-value items.
- DM Collectibles is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
7. Refund Processing & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory of collectible items. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Childrens Privacy & Third-Party Links
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
